New memorial books

On September 13th we were privileged to host the dedication and blessing of two new memorial books commemorating the Clitheroe war dead of the Second World war and those who have given their lives in conflicts in following years. The photo shows members of the British Legion and representatives of the Armed Forces, police and fire services and Ribble Valley and Town Council Mayors who supported.

We were privileged to begin our fundraising for the spire with a concert by cellist Siriol Hugh Jones and accompanied on the piano by our very own organist and choirmaster James Lonsdale.

Ceildih (18th September)

Thanks too to everyone who supported our hugely enjoyable Ceilidh: once again Pete and the Fumbling Fingers did us proud. Thanks to everyone who put on the catering, bar and raffle. Pictures to follow - check out our gallery

just from last year."
